Here is a print called '7 Prayers' by artist Mike Egans. This is a 5 colour 12 x 12 inch hand pulled screen print on 150lb cream cover stock with an edition size of 60, comes signed and numbered by the artist for $40 each. FYI - This is the first in a series of three themed prints from Mike. I think this is an awesome print, I love the vibrant colours and the eastern European catholic vibe. I wish the border were a little smaller so we could see more colour.

The BLDG will be releasing a new print called 'Make Room For The Emptiness' by artist Jim Houser to go along with his October 24th solo show at The Jonathan LeVine Gallery in NYC. Jim's work is constantly evolving and growing, as a result he makes very few prints. This print, published in conjuction with The Jonathan LeVine Gallery, is a 6 colour 11 x 14 inch screen print on 100% cotton rag stonehenge paper with an edition of 200, comes signed and numbered by the artist for $75 each. These will available on Thursday October 29th at 11am EST.

In 1998 an invasion of the planet earth began, emerging in the form of small space invaders, painstakingly constructed from mosaic tiles and pasted to buildings across France. This urban virus was a new kind of invasion, inspired by the iconic 1970's computer game of the same name and developed to its logical conclusion in the material world, a homage to viral proliferation in a digital age. Gradually spreading across Europe, America and throughout the world over a period of ten years, the vivid 'Space Invaders' can now be seen from the shores of Varanasi to the streets of Mombasa, from the slums of Los Angeles to the Hollywood sign itself; all the work of the Invader, a lone artist based in Paris. In a mere 10 years Invader has been everywhere, and World Invasion documents this first decade.

'Death Blossom' might be David Choe's most anticipated print yet. His 'Choebots' prints will be in one of his smallest release editions yet. These pieces will all be sold through a raffle system. To enter send your details and email address, or be at Giant Robot 2 in person at 2pm on Sunday, October 25th. We're going to pull the winners names. Email entries and in store entries will be drawn from the same raffle. Only ONE entry per person. We have 7 of the 'Death Blossom' and 5 of the 'Choebot' prints total to sell via the raffle system. Sickboy 'Zapatism' Edition of 15 Size: 59.4 x 84.1 cm £100 Each

Here are someexamples of the latest print release by UK artist Sickboy, 'Zapatism' is a mixed media 59.4 x 84.1 cm screen print on various coloured 300 GSM heavy weight card. A series of complete one-off screen prints using a mix of crayola, ink, spray paint and emulsion which is then over-printed with a screen print, and finished off with details added in acrylic. The regular edition size is only 15, each one being hand finished making it truly unique. They come signed, numbered and blindstamped by the artist for £100 each. The silver edition size is even smaller at ONLY 5, each one being hand finished making it truly unique. They come signed, numbered and blind stamped by the artist for £150 each.

Here is a sneak peak at the upcoming GR Biennale 2 art show featuring artist Jeff Soto, Dave Choe, James Jean, Albert Reyes, Rob Sato, Deth P. Sun, Jack Long, Stella Lai, Kozyndan, Souther Salazar, Theo Ellsworth curated by Giant Robot co-founder and co-editor Eric Nakamura, this expanded follow-up to the 2007 exhibition Giant Robot Biennale: 50 Issues will highlight artists associated with the magazine over the past 15 years. Providing an overview of the Giant Robot aesthetic, this multi-faceted exhibition will celebrate the depth and diversity of perspectives found within the Giant Robot experience through a series of components that visually represents the magazine’s ethos.

Here is a NEW Americentric print released through PaperMonster, this is from the Patrick's at Faile. This print is called 'Star Spangled Shadows'. This new print from Faile comes to us with all the hand loving you have come to expect from these guys.  Based on their large canvas shown last fall in London, this one is for all of you who do not have a billboard sized wall to hang your art on. It is a 2 colour 38 x 23 inch acrylic & silkscreen ink screen print with an edition size of 300, comes signed, stamped and numbered by the artists for $350 each. Although it is showing as SOLD OUT, I have seen a few prints pop back up on their site.
