This will be an 18 x 24 inch screen print from the canvas print with an edition size of 450, comes signed and numbered by the artist for $50ish? This will be available at a random time on Thursday August 26th.

 Here is this weeks release from Obey. This is a print made of the canvas piece artist Shepard Fairey did of musician Woody Guthrie. This is a 18 x 24 inch screenprint with an edition size of 450, comes signed and numbered by the artist for $65 each. This print is based on an original photograph by Sid Grossman. This BEAUTY will be available at a random time on Friday August 19th.

Here is the latest print from Obey, this is called 'Rise Above' canvas print. This is being released in conjunction with the closing of Shepard's art show at the CAC. This print is an 18 x 24 inch screenprint with an edition size of 450, comes signed and numbered by the artist for $40ish. This will be available to members only at 11am on Saturday August 7th, any prints that are not sold will be available online on Saturday August 14th

Shepard Fairey 'Mr Spray' Silver Vinyl Release Details

Here it the official online release for artist Shepard Fairey's vinyl toy Mr Spray. For those who could not make it out to the Comic-Con in San Diego, the silver version will be available through StrangeCo for $95 at 1pm EST on Monday August 9th.

Shepard Fairey 'Im Still Here' Joaquin Phoenix Stencils Seen Nationwide

There have been a bunch of Joaquin Phoenix sightings nationwide. These paste ups have been seen in San Fran, L.A., New York and Boston, so far! This is rumoured to be done by artist Shepard Fairey. These posters are blatant promo for the upcoming Casey Affleck mocumentary called 'I'm Still Here' which is all about Joaquin's fledgling hip hop career.

Obey 'Providence' Prints Available

Here are two prints celebrating Providence by Obey artist Shepard Fairey. There is the red version above which is unreleased so far. Below we have the gold version available. These are 24 x 18 inch screenprints, come signed and numbered by the artist. The gold version has an edition size of 150 and will cost $150, the red version has an edition size of 400 for $75 each.

"This Foo Fest, AS220's 25th anniversary, launche the "Free Culture Award", a national honor bestowed every other year on two artists--its honorees: AS220's own Jukebox creator, Brandon Edens, and contemporary artist, Shepard Fairey. Fairey, an American artist, designer, illustrator & RISD graduate was first recognized through his "Andre the Giant has a Possee" street art campaign. Edens & Fairey will we honored with the Free Culture Awards at Aug. 14th's Foo Fest. AS220 has also commissioned a mural from Fairey, the piece will be the largest mural by Fairey in existence.

Obey 'Moon Over Biloxi' Prints Release Details

Here is the follow up to the dark wave prints recently released by artist Shepard Fairey / Obey. This release is called 'Moon Over Biloxi' and it will be available again on your choice white or cream coloured 18 x 24 inch screenprint on paper. Again the white will have an edition size of 200 and the cream 450 both will be $50 each.
